Palmer Online: Program Exercise Sessions to Maximize Post Exercise Caloric Consumption

Dr. Amy Ashmore presents this 2-hour class on excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). She will define and describe EPOC, and discuss how to program exercise sessions to maximize its outcomes. Explore the relationship between different exercise interventions and increased caloric expenditure, weight management, and general health and wellness. The course includes sample workouts and exercise programming templates for immediate use.
