Photo Identification: All D.C. attendees MUST provide a photo identification to obtain your name badge and registration packet.
 
Event Check-in: Anyone who has pre-registered may check-in Thursday, January 29th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the lobby of Building One. Check-in will re-open on Friday, January 30th at 7 a.m. Registrations are sorted alphabetically; please take a moment upon arrival to read the registration desk signs in order to expedite your check-in time.

CE Special Anatomy Lab Add-On Package- You MUST also purchase the CE package in order to register for this add-on special offering.
 
These sessions will be held in Palmer Florida's beautiful anatomy lab. This package will be limited to the first 20 registrants. You MUST also purchase the CE package in order to register for this add-on special offering.
Associate Dean Rocky Justice, D.C.; and faculty members Scott Meisel, D.C., M.S., Paige Lynch, D.C., and Xiaohua (Shawn) He, M.D., M.S. will be your hosts. Palmer will supply your lab coat and eyewear. 
This package includes the following sessions:
 
Friday, January 30th-8-10 am
 
Saturday, January 31st-8-10 am
 
Sunday, February 1st-8-10 am
