Event Check-in: Anyone who has pre-registered may checkin Thursday, May 3rd from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Main lobby. Checkin will re-open on Friday at 8 a.m., Saturday at 7 a.m. and Sunday at 7:30 a.m. Registrations are sorted alphabetically; please take a moment upon arrival to read the registration desk signs in order to expedite your check-in time.

Saturday Night Gala Tickets: The location of the Saturday Night Gala is at the Marriott, Santa Clara in the Grand Ballroom from 7-11 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Doctors and guests will need to purchase a ticket with their registration if they plan on attending the Saturday Night Gala. Tickets will not be available at the entrance to the Saturday Night Gala; they must be purchased before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 4th.

Speaker Notes: Speaker notes will be available on our website in an electronic format only prior to the event if they are provided.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, less a 25-percent administrative fee, will be made on all cancellations received by April 20, 2018. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after April 20, 2018.

Certificate: If you registered for CE, a verification of attendance email will be sent within 4 weeks of the event. At that time you can log on to print off your certificate.
