Event Check-in: Anyone who has pre-registered may check-in Thursday, April 30th from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Main lobby. Check-in will open again on Friday, May 1, at 7 a.m. Registrations are sorted alphabetically; please take a moment upon arrival to read the registration desk signs in order to expedite your check-in time.
Photo Identification: A photo ID will be required to check in.
Saturday Night Gala Tickets: The location of the Saturday Night Gala is at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, San Jose from 7-11 p.m. on Saturday, May 2nd, 2020. The Gala is a ticketed event. Doctors and guests will need to purchase a ticket with their registration if they plan on attending the Saturday Night Gala. Tickets will not be available at the entrance to the Saturday Night Gala; they must be purchased before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 1st.

Speaker Notes: Speaker notes will be available on our website in an electronic format only prior to the event if they are provided.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, less a 25-percent administrative fee, will be made on all cancellations received by April 3, 2020. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after April 3, 2020.
Certificate: If you registered for CE, a verification of attendance email will be sent within 4 weeks of the event. At that time you can log on to print off your certificate.
