Palmer Online: Gluten and Celiac Disease


Please join Dr. Dan Weinert for this one-hour course and learn about a very prevalent autoimmune disorder called Celiac Disease and its relationship to gluten proteins. You will learn where gluten comes from and why it is so popular in many foods such as bread, pizza, and vegetarian meals. You will understand how gluten causes an autoimmune reaction and how to recognize it in your patients. Finally, you will know how to best help patients with Celiac Disease.

Welcome to Gluten and Celiac Disease. This one-hour class consists of 3 modules which you will take in order.  Each module contains a video presentation followed by a short quiz.  You will not be able to view the quiz until after you have watched the video.
