Please join compliance professional, Dr. Scott Munsterman, for this four-hour course on coding and documentation for the chiropractor. Dr. Munsterman will review documentation essentials, as well as explain upcoming changes to keep you in compliance. Topics in this course include coding and documentation of patient history, diagnosis, treatment, informed consent, evaluation and management, and subsequent visits. Finally, Dr. Munsterman will examine select case studies to demonstrate concepts.

Module 1

Welcome to Chiropractic Documentation. This is a four-hour and class consists of 16 modules which you will take in order. The modules consist of a video presentation, followed by a one question quiz. You will not be able to view the quiz until after you have watched the video.
