This one-hour class reviews clinical definitions of commonly used diagnostic terms that are routinely, though often errantly, used by both practitioners and researchers. Reasons for why using clear and accurate diagnostic terminology are described. The course also describes a practical tool used to help differentiate pain from nociceptive and neuropathic sources.

 

 

Welcome to Terminology and Why It Matters. This class consists of 4 modules which you will take in order.   The modules consist of a video presentation, followed by a one question quiz.  You will not be able to view the quiz until after you have watched the video.
